Sending safe wishes and best thoughts to those in Sandy’s path

Originally struck by the cancellation of the New York transportation system on Sunday we now see the damages and understand the implications of Sandy’s full forces. My only thought is of best wishes to those that have been or are in Sandy’s path.

We say often in trying times, “How do you eat an Elephant ?…….One bite at a time” and this is of course easy to say from the safety of Dallas. My best wishes, and safe thoughts for rebuilding go out to the MANY friends, clients, and persons who have been affected. Your collective resilience is wonderful.

Capital markets look to open with skeleton crews tomorrow, which is of second importance, but does once again represent the resilience our financial mecca of states has.
