A law firm in New York has filed a group litigation request against Citigroup for persons owning the security during a specific time frame. This filing generated a packet of forms that were mailed directly to investors.
Luckily a group opt in is allowed and we are in the process of opting into this litigation on behalf of those represented. Unfortunately the estimated maximum benefit is 19 cents per share. In the spirit of something is better than nothing, we are opting into this filing and will keep everyone posted.
