Dude I got a Dell…….litigation package ?? (Clients)

For those very long-term clients you may have, or may soon receive a litigation notice regarding Dell. No action is required at this time. Generally a group opt in for this type of litigation is available allowing us to opt in all at once, even if you did not receive a package, we have you covered.

We are currently reviewing the case, validity of the situation, and the possible pay outs. As an example there was a case several years ago regarding Dell that had a possible payout of .01 cents, not making it worth while. Thanks to Donald “The Brain” for the hoop jumping in advance….there will be many hoops to jump through to opt in.

This current litigation has a May 2013 deadline giving ample time to review the situation.
