The year 2013 will go down in the history books as having many unique characteristics, much of which we will discuss in coming weeks, as the Holiday Season arrives, the uniqueness shines.

Tomorrow garners a unique challenge for some as the calendar welcomes both very special days at once. It appears the next possible crossover could occur in 2070 or 2165, so enjoy the unique holiday. Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Hanukkah!
One Less Week of Holidays = shoppers delight
This year sports an unusually short holiday season as the calendar has also shortened the retailer holiday shopping season by almost a week. Given we are nerds, and constantly follow retailers reports during this time for economic and capital market data points. We are happy to announce while our season will be shorter, prices have been marked down ALREADY and look to continue throughout the season! Most retailers are having to drop prices to push sales, slightly challenging to us as investors ….Great News As Shoppers!
