Summer Friday before Oddly Dated July 4th Holiday ! Office Hours – Lonely Monday …

Today is a Friday heading into an almost exact middle of the summer school holidays for those of us here in the South….

Tuesday July 4th Holiday – National Holiday – Everything Closed Tuesday

Next week, due to an odd Tuesday wonderful Fourth of July National Holiday… poor Monday is stranded….

Lonely Monday will likely garner very skeleton crews with mostly dreams of sparkled skies… Not sure when the actual celebrations will be – but Monday will stay lonely none the less…

Office Hours

Our office will be close with very light technology tether as well… not doing much for the lonely Monday … but oh well… Mid-Year work will be performed even if you do not see/hear from us….

Ahhh….that is all next week, Enjoy your Friday – talk Mid week next week!

Getting Ready to Mail the Newsletter, Looking for Stamps? … Holiday & Travels Heads Up! Friday ….

Getting ready to send out the Newsletter next week, very excited and hope you guys enjoy.

Since it does not have extremely time sensitive information we are sending it to you a little early, in case you have a spare moment due to the July 4 (3rd holiday) weekend next week…

You would never guess the hold up … so we will tell you… Stamps!

Yep, our stamps.com labels ran out, the mail is running slow for more delivery, and best of all …. after Jen and family traveled to MULTIPLE ( a lot) of post offices, there were no $1 stamps…

No kidding … not clever enough to make up how hard it may be to get a good old fashion stamp!

Don’t worry, we will get them out and will have a Video, Blog, Podcast review too!!

Speaking of Holidays, next Friday July 3rd, is a Market Holiday and our office will be closed with several of us traveling around the long weekend…. in state…  not certain of travel Wifi intensity… so maybe slight delays in email responses.

Ahhh…. but that is all next week, this is Friday, heading into a weekend almost exact middle of Summer…

As mentioned last Friday, travels are on the calendar this week and with a Fourth of July Holiday on next Tuesday, the work calendar has a few holes.

We will not be in the office on Monday as capital markets are only briefly open.

Guess what? We made it just fine!

Fourth of July Irony

Think of the irony …. a British vote to exit the European Union occurred just a few days ago… Monday, July 4th, 2016 – a holiday for the USA – a holiday based on the USA being independent from Britain …. Worked pretty well … The same for Britain?

Office Hours

Today we are skeletons after noon, and Monday the office will be closed with Cathy and Donald out of town early next week on an extended holiday weekend.

I will be here manning the ship on Tuesday ! Talk to you next week !

My favorite headline is the last one, as it still puts a negative spin on a win for the Rangers.  The Rangers are in first place and our local Dallas Texas team, so we felt comfortable picking on them for our example.

Imagine the possibilities if it were…..the Economy, World Political situations, unemployment,  Foreign policy, or a pending Election!
