For those who remember the Character Gomer Pyle aka (Jim Nabors) in the offbeat situation comedy Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C, one of his favorite sayings was “Surprise, Surprise, Surprise“.
This weeks earnings fit the bill of Gomer’s favorite saying. Earnings have been terrific, almost across the board. As we read, listen, and dig into the many reports, we are stunned at the positive tone coming from management and even greater positives from their financial reports, which are more important most times!
We still have a long way to go, but we have had many very large company reports that have set the tone for a positive earnings season….Surprise, Surprise, Surprise !
Tomorrow the markets will be closed for Good Friday and we will be out of the office as well. We hope you enjoy the weekend and don’t worry, I will be off the Movie theme soon, I am almost out of favorites!!!
Have a Great Day!
