In 2015, a BMO report noted that women controlled greater than 50% of the wealth in the USA and that amount is increasing rapidly.
With a hugely dominant group of clients that are Women this is not surprising to us at all.
There are certainly still industries that are predominately men, but the changes are correctly occurring rapidly.
