If you feel comfortable turning your paper statements off, what follows are instructions of setting up electronic delivery of your monthly statements and confirmations.
Click on the button in the right hand portion of your screen called “Client Account View.” A new window will open on your screen and momentarily you will be asked for your “Username” and “Password.” (If you do not have a username and password just contact our office and we will have one set up within 24 hours.)
Enter the site and navigate to the “Tools” tab and click on “My Info”, hit the drop down tab under Choose Delivery Method and select “Online” (Confirms are the papers mailed to you upon any transaction) and then put in your email, or two if you like and click on the orange “Update” button at the bottom of your screen.
You will receive an email notifying you of an availablility of any transaction and will be able to log in, just as you have during this exercise, view, print, or copy to your computer both current and histrical statements, tax documents, and confirmations.
