Making ¢ents out of the senseless Capital Markets
Scared Straight!
Today, an Investor’s Business Daily poll showed that 2/3rds (66%) of Americans think media coverage of the current economy is sensationalistic. As a regular part of my evening watching, I avoid the 6 p.m. news due to the negativity that usually occurs with the number of violent crimes and deaths as a lead off to the program.
While it is often easy to spot the negativity in the evening news, economic news is suspect to the same problems but much less easy to dissect. Please keep in mind the news and ideas we allow to influence our thoughts. JK
