If you are a client of J.K. Financial, Inc it is likely you will be receiving a class action mailer involving a spam issue several years ago.
There is no action necessary on your part.
Several years ago there was concern that an outside vendor received address and email information. There were four studies completed on sample clients and none were found to have been breached. That being said, this action settlement may result in a free one year spam service. At this time there is no action necessary and we will update you in the future as the action is settled.
