Careful with Confidentiality
As AI prompts enter our collective lives more frequently from all directions, see the cell picture with the Copilot tab in the middle lower – an easy button to click and have your confidential emails reviewed – it is worth reminding, AI reviews may be public information!
While this is still evolving, keeping in mind this possible lack of confidentiality may help with confidential information.
Great Example of Helpful AI
Not to talk out of the other side of the mouth, but using Gemini yesterday to help understand the different Property Agencies here in Dallas, revealed the very helpful answer – This is actually the summary, there were three pages of detailed information that was even more helpful:
In summary:
- DCAD appraises property values.
- The Dallas County Clerk records property ownership and other vital public documents.
- The Dallas County Tax Office collects property taxes.
So the careful and the good … AI is here to stay and our continued exposures is almost guaranteed!
