How to Set Up On-Line Account View and More (Clients)

To set up the ability to see your accounts on line is an easy process.

If you do not have on-line Account View currently, please send us an email request with your preferred “Username” and we will have access set up for you within 24 hours. We will do our best to accomodate your Username, but if someone has already chosen the username you requested we may have to vary your request slightly.

(You may share a username across different account numbers, but certain features such as discontinued mail delivery will only be allowed from the primary account holders social security number username. ie If you want to turn off your significant other’s paper delivery, we will need to set up an account view for that person as well.) 

We will return to you your username and password quickly, but a typical complete set up takes about 24 hours before your account is completely set up. 

To view your account on line, click on our website at and hit the “Account View” tab or simply click on the “Client Account View” tab in the upper right hand portion of our blog site marked Blogroll  (

The first time you log into your Account View you will be asked to change your password, take note of the stringent password requirements as they are there for your protection.

In a few minutes you will be able to view transactions, current balances, and all of your past statements and tax records.
