The Technology Week that was…..Are the Bulls in Trouble??

Just after pushing the send button earlier in the week about our new fancy dancy server the wheels started to wobble. Being about 90% there Monday afternoon, Tuesday we back pedaled to 20% – 30%.

On a good note going into the weekend we are 99% there now and running super fast and productively.

Have the Bulls given up some strength?

We think, maybe a little, but not too much…we are still skeptical of the enthusiasm, but it is too early to tell if the bears have the bulls in their cross hairs…..and it is summer!

Here is an interesting record notation from the Wall Street Journal’s Morning Money Beat

…..the blue-chip average has gone 108 trading days without a three-day losing streak, a string that dates to New Year’s Eve. It is the longest-ever streak in the Dow’s history….

Unfortunately it doesn’t really work in a straight line as you can see the statistical rareness of the current market trend from this new record above.

Please remember, if/when the record above may be broken in the other direction (most consecutive down days) that this too may change…..

But hey…these worries are for another day far from our fun summer weekend we are all about to hit.
