After multiple great questions this week along the lines of the election changing any of the LLC filing mandates, while no guarantees on this as this is all new ground, given the end of year deadline -which by the way is law (hard to stop the process) we expect a continued mandatory enrollment.

Why the rub on this? Non-filing penalties are ~$600/day! No idea if enforced, but certainly a big stick!
