Getting Late to Open New Accounts
The 2025 Tax season is running short for most and many parts of last minute savings ideas are sunsetting for last years savings….
IRA’s and Roth contributions for 2025 cannot be extended (SEP – Simplified Employee Pensions can), as we get close to the regular filing date, about one week out already, opening new retirement investment accounts can be daunting…so do not wait any longer if you plan on contributing!
Get any of these done quickly to avoid possible delays!

Everything is SLOOOOWWW
While not statistically proven … from our perch, next week is the busiest wire/ach/money movement week of the year – and with the Government pushing away from paper checks, it is only getting busier… avoid if at all possible!
Any financial institution that has tax reporting is also very busy… a non urgent answer from these institutions will likely get more traction later next week… just as a reminder

Skip to later next week if you can
Non timely with flexibility transactions or financial inquiries are best suited to get beyond the Tax due date finish line, both from a speed and accuracy standpoint…. Of course the system is set up to handle this, most cars can go way beyond the speed limit, but why red line!!
Emergencies do happen… buckle that patience hat on firmly, and expect delays…
Have a Great “Setting Last Minute Tax Expectations” Day!
