….The bipartisan bill targets the country’s housing affordability crisis by capping institutional investors’ ownership of single-family homes and removing obstacles to home building. It eliminates an expensive requirement to build manufactured housing on permanent steel frames, streamlines environmental reviews, and incentivizes cities to provide preapproved home designs, which will simplify things for governments, regulators, and builders….

This has not been signed into law as of yet, so there may be more or less…but it is a focal point!
Pro-Tip – Low rate fixed rate mortgages may have some use in future transactions…
If we have a low fixed Mortgage, and are undecisive on paying it off or not – it may be a good idea to hold onto that Mortgage as there may be some assumable possibilities in the future!
