On Tuesday and Wednesday, Janet Yellen the head of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) gave her bi-annual talk to congress.

Surprisingly, she back peddled a bit from the higher rate talk. Waiting for inflation to show and average hourly earnings increases.
Hmmm .. it will only be time before these types of moves float through the economic numbers.

Winter Wonderland Week
This week, Monday and Tuesday were “Snow Days” here in Dallas, which was not a terrible thing, as due to the extensive travels the laundry was in need of its own domicile. Today it continues as temperatures will not see 30 and it is snowing at the moment.
