Doogie gets ousted shortly – Happy Labor Day — Relax, Enjoy – You Deserve it!

Today is the last “Unofficial” summer doldrums holidays for market participants. Next Tuesday (Monday is Labor Day- Happy Labor Day) the Hampton’s energy and population declines, as many head for their regular desks, rather than the remote offices.

Our bet… we will all see calmer capital market participants as Doogie Howser is pushed aside, and experienced, well rested, hands take over the wheel.

Our office will be closed on Monday- Cathy resting her recently operated on back- Donald prepping for a new addition to the family, Kathy our editor – readying for an extended trip — and myself  … Traveling back – leaving as many arrive.

But all of that is next week !!!

Pat yourself on the back, you have worked hard, had a great summer, and shared time with those special in your life. Best of all, you have a long weekend to unwind, reflect, and share once more, before the race to the end of the year ensues.
