This week garnered a reminder that the Cyber Crooks are still out there…. One update via a VERY sophisticated email scam involving a time share in another country and another involving a bad actor on the other end of a 1-800 inquiry…
In both cases the bad guys were very sophisticated… lets all keep our collective watchful eyes out for these modern day Bonnie and Clyde’s ….

Taxes and Tax form Updates – Expect Two of Everything this Year!
Tax forms are beginning their processing… The easiest forms will be first… W-2, 1099 R, SSA, Mortgage Interest and the like….
More complicated forms such as 1099 Misc and K-1’s take longer due to their complication….
Clients remember we will get double statements this year, one from each of our Vendors for their particular holding periods…
Ahhhh…. Today is a Friday with a warm day yesterday and another coldie today…. it is January… Talk next week!
