Paper Tax form Reminder, Most not here yet … Our Internal Team versus calling 1-800 number (No need to Call and wait, we got you!) … Holiday Weekend … Friday …

Just a reminder, there are still mostly no 1099 miscellaneous forms yet. As expected near the end of the month, we think we’ll get our first major round of forms. Be sure to include both account statements for each account on your taxes….and note that the new account number will be different from your original account number.

Almost all types of tax software (Even professional CPA software) will not alert you to the new account number unless you’re looking for it. Just be on alert! Yell if you have ANY questions…

We have a team – Skip the 1 800 Calls

While many email notifications from our vendor, Schwab attempt to push you to a one 800 number from an operational standpoint. We have a dedicated team, which if busy rolls over to other teams that we interface with every day. There are a lot of new hires and we find that sometimes with a new hire comes the most strict answer, or sometimes a slightly inaccurate answer.

Do not feel like you have to call a one 800 number that’s what we are here for…. just reach out – we got ya!

Presidents’ Day weekend!

Monday is a national holiday. President’s Day…. as such our office, Capital Markets, banks, and non essential government offices will not be open. We will attempt to exit early today but will remain loosely tethered over the holiday for those of you who take a crack at your taxes, as we’re happy to announce that every day is a fun day for us and we do not mind any weekend questions…

oh…a good long weekend to start on the Newsletter … Hopefully our Editor is reading this? .. haha

Go have a Great Weekend and enjoy the Extra Day if the shoe fits– Talk mid next week!
