If you happen to receive frequent Proxy Material Directly, reach out to us, we can have your preferences refreshed and they will join our total office voting and stop bothering you!
These are weird one or two page documents, in a strange looking envelope that usually starts something like “As a Shareholder of XXXX”
Here is the great part… we get one for everyone… so we literally receive one notice for hundreds… yay, much more productive, more environmentally good, easy on the mailbox… and Jen votes them … for all, with one click !
