Then the Merger (TDAmeritrade/Schwab) occurred and a 17 year vendor, who for the record had been bought out by another large company (hall passes given here – the high road is our way) changed our contract significantly AFTER we were beyond the 60 day termination day … using the excuse of the merger …. again high road!

This new system is running in parallel to our other systems, with a starting date of June 1 2024 and full implementation set for January 1. 2025…. This time of set up gives you an idea of not only the complexity and importance of the new set up, but also the heavy lifting this system will be doing for us!

While seemingly peripheral on the front end, we just added at least as 3/4 to 1.5 of a a new employee… Did we say Lemon Aid… yay! Thanks old vendor, without your stomach punch we would have likely not taken this on!
