Way back in the day in the early founding of our company, some 37 years ago now… Wow, dating ourselves …. We had a monster multi page and multi pointed goal manifesto of sorts … not kidding it was that long!
Today this time of the year we do something much more streamline and achievable…. Thought we would share this year the question in case you wanted to use …. So simple but very effective:
Write down at least 3 of your most proud items professionally and personally AND then at least 3 you want to improve/shortcoming!
Simple, straight forward, not daunting, and easily achievable! Will likely touch more on this before the year wraps, but you now have the meat of the subject!
Newsletter in the works!
Those that had a voice conversation this week noticed a frog was in the throat… by Wednesday mostly feeling better but sounding worse … Set in on the weekend and stunted the creativity of the Newsletter… but look out … with a possible seasonal format rather than quarterly, we expect a great Newsletter is in the works and will get heavy completion this weekend!
A New Front Door!
While the Little House on the Prairie front Door was fun and a favorite for some time … We are modernizing … Herculite all glass here we come!
