As mentioned here before the trip, Tuesday garnered a total new Desktop install…the culprit, see below, sunsetting of Windows 10 !
The install was completed by our IT folks in a little more than 3 hours, it was a smooth move… Jen may take issue with the prior comment, as she has more one off programs that needed updating…but after numerous passwords we are up and running! yay
This little reminder hit the cell email yesterday… if you have Windows 10, you will be exposed after October 14th!
While a lot to take down, all is important for the same reasons… these updates not only give new features, many of which we all will NEVER use, BUT they also have much needed patches that keep the bad guys out…. Do not delay!
Ryder Cup Weekend – This post final edit was completed during the early morning rounds… Always fun when international teams gather .. slow start for the US… but long road!
