BREAK IN: On Wednesday of this week an earlier found AI vulnerability in PHP protocol which is used by 70% of websites, including our formal website of J.K. Financial, Inc. and this blog, was leaked and the race was on for the bad guys to infiltrate websites around the world. This weakness would allow complete control of the infiltrated website by the bad guys. The quick response for many, including our main website at J.K. Financial, Inc was to shut it down and just have a new simple splash page. That is processing now, and we hope our main website will be up soon. We are also hopeful, but uncertain if our blog here will be disrupted. If so, you know the reason why!
With the Newsletter shaping up, and a special section about taxes, RMD’s, and end of the year deadlines…. Yaayaa more tax deadlines…. We wanted to shout out and let you know RMD season is just around the corner !! Yay or yay or maybe ok, all work!
Either way we will be starting RMD’s soon, early November at the latest!

We wait for non-monthly mandated RMD’s until near the end of the year (but not too near, as that gets us involved in the year end rush) in order to earn, receive, and capture as much tax free income as possible !
With the start of November comes the RMD commencements …. We touch base with those of you that have adjustments and complete those regular from last year just as before, many times looking at our Tax notes for adjustments!!
And just because we do not HAVE to do an RMD, does not mean we will not… it it better for us to pay some taxes/distributions along the way many times rather than be forced to take a much larger amount at a point and time in the future!
So, when you see an email or movement, that is what is going on!
