ES Tax Reminder
This Quarters ES Tax Payment ALWAYS sneaks up on me … Heck it was just less than 60 days ago that we were hurdling the deadline for regular personal returns, and here we go again. Another Tax Deadline!
So … this is our official reminder that next Monday June 15th is our collective Estimated Tax Payment Q 2 Due Date…
Here is the IRS website – https://www.irs.gov/payments – This looks a little different as there have been some website updates on the IRS site… Not to worry if it looks different to you – It IS slightly different!
Remember, the IRS wants electronic payments and they are safer!

The CPI – Consumer Price Index – (Bluntest Inflation measure) is out today, this chart was done last night. Of note in purple is Personal Consumption Index aka PCE – Federal reserves preferred inflation measure is also intertwined in the chart too…
Back to the CPI – The Drawn arrows are for todays higher print of 4.2% year over year release at 7:30 ET this am… then we turn !
The CPI is not old news now, BUT the next expected print is down a lot – noted by the Red arrow… FINALLY … More on this soon!
Usually not so heavy with “To Do’s on a Wednesday, hump day… but Fridays have been pretty quiet as we are in full summer mode and did not want that ES Payment to sneak up on you like it did me! Hence the early reminder!
