Raising interest rates were what the Bond guys wanted… likely not many others… Recall raising rates is a brake on the Economy…
This of course due in part, but mainly to our Strange Bedfellows connections Oil/Interest rates and also the CPI … which all headed higher!

Its a Friday here in Texas and we are breaking a record from 1954 … 53 days over 100 degrees…
Not to be outdone, we are at 64 CONSECUTIVE days without Rain…
With many of you reading this in areas where this is no big deal, we get it … BUT our foliage is not used to this… crispy yards and trees…
