If that’s not a mouthful of acronyms I don’t know what is. Bottom line if you have any sort of ownership in an LLC you need to be aware of these new requirements we’ve talked about it here, here and here and it appears these things are not going to be pushed out. Fear factor is there’s an almost $600 a day penalty for not filing.
